These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OmniPublisher desktop application (the "App"), published by Orospor Consultants and Services LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OmniPublisher is a local-first desktop application for authoring, reviewing, optimizing, and publishing website content. It runs on your own computer and stores your data on that computer. At your direction, the App can connect to third-party services you configure — including your WordPress website, AI/content providers, image providers, and Google Search Console — to perform the actions you request.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own content-publishing purposes. You may not:

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Orospor Consultants and Services LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the App to you. Your content remains yours.
You agree not to use the App to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others or the policies of the platforms you publish to, and not to use it to generate spam or manipulate search rankings in violation of search-engine guidelines.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (including AI-generated content or search analysis) will be accurate or fit for your purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orospor Consultants and Services LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim (or, if the App was provided free of charge, a nominal amount).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orospor Consultants and Services LLP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party service's terms.
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate the license if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
